I don't know if this is 100% (as with a lot of celebrity gossip), but supposedly Chris Brown was caught kissing Kanye West's "to be or not to be" girlfriend, Amber Rose.
The above photo spots them at a night club, but why?? Miss Rose likes to date controversial men, I guess.
