Way to Go, Chris!: WATCH Chris Brown's teary-eyed MJ Tribute at the 2010 BET Awards
I was very proud of Chris for this performance. Putting all faults aside, no one could have done a better job...not even Usher. He had every move down, every outfit, and even the head nods. I am glad he did what he did and the emotion at the end was unreal. As Miss Jia and many others have pointed out, I believe the emotional outburst was a mix of him finally giving tribute to his idol and finally receiving the reward and props that he deserves for such talent.
I do not salute domestic violence, but I salute you, Chris. I hope that you have found God in the situation and I hope to hear new music soon!

Alicia Keys and fiancé Swizz Beatz take part in a "traditional Zulu ceremony" in South Africa for the blessing of their unborn child (said via Daily Mail UK, June 22).
The couple are dressed in heads beads and appropriate garb and are surrounded by the Zulu people, her mother and brother, beneath a "healing" fig tree.
The ceremony awards Keys for her work with the children's charity Bobbi Bear, of which is mainly funded by the 12-time Grammy winner.

Lady Gaga showed up to a New York Mets game Thursday in a pair of studded panties and bra, with a flannel tee as the only thing to dress her (said via JustJared, June 10). She also donned a black bandana and shades to "disguise" herself.
The starlet appeared drunk as she flipped the bird to whomever she was angry at (possibly a particular team).
I'm sure that the San Diego Padres and Mets continued their game, regardless, but I have to say...if I was sitting next to Gaga at a baseball game, I would not be watching the score.
