"Michael Jackson's This It Is" on DVD in January

"Michael Jackson's This Is It," the film of Jackson's final stage performances before his untimely death in June 2009, is said to be released on DVD on January 26, 2010.

This release will hit stores and digital download approximately 3 months after its theater debut.

The film, which previews what would have been a late summer tour in London, has made $70 million-plus in the U.S. Box Office.**

The Grammy-winner is photog'd (above) carrying a Tiger Malt non-alcoholic beverage after a performance on London's "X-Factor" on November 29.

Rihanna is said to have visited the eatery Ochi Caribbean Takeaway before heading out to other affairs.

In a surprise announcement on the London show, Rihanna declared that she is going on tour in 2010 and that tickets will go on sale in mid-December.**

Rihanna to Perform on Saturday Night Live

The "Rated R" songstress will appear as guest performer on Saturday Night Live featuring Blake Lively (December 5).

The episode will air a day after Rihanna is guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (December 4).

Rihanna is photog'd (above) leaving her album release party at Juliet's Supper Club in New York (November 24). She promoted her rockstar persona with a silk, red mini-dress; complimented with long sleeves; a gathering, deep cleavage line; and silver spikes and chains adorned from her shoulders to neckline.

Her black heels reached above the ankle, on top of sheer leggings with a black and white trim.

The Barbadian star performed in her first network television concert in over a year (November 24).

Heidi Klum legally changes her name to Heidi Samuel

According to JustJared.com, Heidi Klum legally changed her name to Heidi Samuel, the last name of her singer/songwriter husband, Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel (better known as Seal), on November 20.

A day prior, Samuel hosted the annual Victoria Secret Fashion Show, which will air in December 2009.

The celebrity couple gave birth to daughter Lou Sulola on October 9. It is Samuel's third child with Seal and the youngest of her four children. Lou Sulola is the youngest of siblings Johan, Henry and Leni.

Rihanna performs on new Royal Caribbean cruise line

A new cruise line, Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas, asked Rihanna to be its first performer. The November 19 performance took place before the ship set sail from Ft. Lauderale, Florida.

The star looked fabulous in a  form-fitting, yellow and black dress with towering black heels that reached above the knee.

The concert was considered brief as Rihanna boarded a plane to Los Angeles soon afterwards. The Grammy-winner is traveling throughout the world to promote her new album "Rated R," which is scheduled for release on November 23.

Rihanna will perform on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday, November 24, in her first television network performance in over a year.

Oprah Marks End of 25-year Era

Oprah Winfrey announced an end to her 25 years as talk show queen on November 20th's episode. She said that the 25th season would be her last and that the show will end in September 2011.

The talk show host held back tears as she said, "This show has been my life and I love it enough to know when it’s time to say goodbye.”**

She admitted that the decision to end "The Oprah Winfrey Show" took "much prayer and careful thought" and that her multi-billion dollar empire will continue on different ventures.

According to The Toronto Sun, Winfrey will start a new talk show on her own network, OWN (The Oprah Winfey Network), a collaboration with Discovery Communications Inc., which will air in January 2011. It is said that OWN will replace the Discovery Health Channel.

Rihanna WOWS at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards

"Back on Top" was the award given to Rihanna at Glamour's annual Women of the Year Awards.

Glamour honored Rihanna for her fashion, music, work with charities, and on becoming a celebrity voice for women against domestic violence.

Rihanna stated that her new album "Rated R" is a reflection of her personal ordeals throughout the last year and that she had a lot of say in what went into the album. “I’m really a woman, a human being. I go through real situations that women all over the world go through every day,"** said the Grammy-winner, suggesting that her new album will focus on touchy, real-life situations.

On becoming the new voice of women against domestic violence, Rihanna said, "It’s great to have the opportunity to be a voice for those women.”**

Rihanna thanked Jay-Z, friends, fans, and her mother and grandmother for the encouragement throughout the past eight months.

Rihanna comes clean on Chris Brown incident

In an interview with Glamour, Rihanna said, "I felt like I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears," in reference to the aftermath following her February altercation with Chris Brown.**

The December 2009 issue features Rihanna of as one of Glamour's Women of the Year, reflecting her work with foundations aimed at stopping domestic violence against  women.

The Glamour interview is the songstress' first public discussion on the altercation since it occurred.

The second is an interview with Diane Sawyer on "Good Morning America," premiering Thursday, November 5 on ABC. On Friday, November 6, Part 2 of the interview will air on "20/20," in which Rihanna will go into great detail about the night of the abusive incident.
