"Slower to Heal:" Leaked Song from Rihanna's "Rated R"??

You can't believe everything that's said or seen on YouTube, but according to the owner of the above video, "Slower to Heal" was given to Rihanna as a demo for her new album, "Rated R."

Not many people have heard the song, suggested by its sole 3,000 views, but it has received mixed feedback.

As a Rihanna fan, I will not post any additional "leaked" songs from "Rated R." This is to give fans a taste of the darker and matured Rihanna that is to come.

"I Can Transform Ya:" NEW Chris Brown Video

The song has been receiving mixed reviews, but the video for "I Can Transform Ya" has blown fans and critics away.

There is no official date when "Graffiti," Chris Brown's new album featuring "I Can Transform Ya," will hit stores, but bloggers suggest that the album will premiere before the year's end.

If that is true, "Graffiti" will be competing with the most highly anticipated album of the year, Rihanna's "Rated R."

Katy Perry Colors an All-White Birthday Bash

Katy Perry celebrated her 25th birthday with an all-white affair in Hollywood.

The event was held on Saturday, October 24, a day in which the likes of Russell Brand (Perry's boyfriend), JoJo, Perez Hilton, and Taylor Swift, enjoyed dinner and music after being splattered by multiple colors of paint.

Katy Perry looked extravagant in a form-fitting white dress, accented with black heels and a string of sequence around her feet. Perry's white dress, however, was covered in green, pink, and purple paint.

Chris Brown calls Rihanna incident a Mistake

Chris Brown declared his humanity in a recent interview with the press.

The multi-Platinum recording artist stated that, "I’m human. If people feel a certain way, I’m not going to say they’re wrong. But it’s not right to judge somebody when people make mistakes all the time."**

He also suggested that he is not over Rihanna and that the recovery process will take some time.**

Brown's upcoming album, titled "Graffiti," is said to be released in late 2009. "I Can Transform Ya," the first single from the new album, features Lil' Wayne, and is said to debut a video in late October. The single is currently climbing the charts on radio airwaves.

Katy Perry and Zooey Deschanel: Sisters??

Katy Perry hates being compared to Zooey Deschanel,** but one cannot deny the resemblance.

...The long, dark hair, those gray eyes, rosy cheeks, and shiny skin make the resemblance somewhat uncanny!

Zooey Deschanel is a singer, as well, but it is unclear if she has ever Kissed A Girl.

If you put the shoe on the other foot, Katy Perry has yet to star in a motion picture and has never kissed Jim Carrey.

"We Were Once a Fairytale:" Kanye West's portrayal of....

[dailymotion id=xauwak]

The video stars Kanye West---directed by Spike Jonze ("Where the Wild Things Are")---as a drunken partier who violently finds his morals, at the end.

"We Were Once a Fairytale" was originally published on West's Official Site, but was removed for unknown reasons.

On average, bloggers think that Mr. West's unethical ways and intellect have combined to create this piece. What do you think?

Michael Jackson's "This Is It:" Facing Lawsuit??

Paul Anka, a popular artist in the 1950s and songwriter for the likes of Frank Sinatra, said that Michael Jackson "stole" his song, noting that he co-wrote "This Is It" with Jackson in the early 1980s.** The Jackson estate has acknowledged Anka's contribution and granted Anka 50 percent of "This Is It's" publishing rights.***

Bloggers have reported that the song was originally recorded in 1991, but because its lyrics match the name of Jackson's posthumous film, it was released to generate hype for the premiere.

"Michael Jackson's This It It," the film, hits theaters on October 28, 2009.

Heidi Klum Welcomes Baby No. 4

Model mogul Heidi Klum gives birth to her fourth child, a daughter named Lou Sulola Samuel, in Los Angeles (October 9).

The supermodel announced that Lou Sulola would be her last of her children, but husband and musician Seal, father of Lou Sulola and siblings Johan (2) and Henry (4), has not confirm this statement.

Daughter Leni (5), Klum's first child, was born of Klum's previous marriage. Klum said in an interview that Leni's biological father has never been a part of her life and that Seal has respectfully taken the role of Leni's father.

Seal, in an interview with the press, said that it is difficult to love another child as much as one loves their current children. “Where will one find that extra love," asked Seal. "The answer to this question," he continued, "came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter… . From the moment she looked into both of our eyes it was endless love at first sight."**

"Love Never Dies:" Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sequel to "The Phantom of the Opera"

“I think it’s great that ‘The Phantom’ has a part two,” said Gladys Luciano-Fairfield, as she prepared her notes for class. “The ending was so sad and dramatic. I think it deserves an explanation.”

For seventeen years, Luciano-Fairfield has instructed “The Phantom of the Opera” at Drexel Neumann Academy in Chester, Pennsylvania. Each year, students become intrigued by the play’s plot and are left question, “What becomes of The Phantom?”

“I was rooting for The Phantom,” said Keyonna Morton, a student in Luciano-Fairfield’s class, “but he disappeared [at the play’s end] under a cloak, left without his mask, and didn’t leave with Christine. …He was the star. What happened?”

Characters such as Christine and The Phantom have left an impact of people of all ages, without explanation of their whereabouts, at the play’s end. The confusion has left fans, worldwide, intrigued and demanding more. Once “The Phantom” reached a worldwide audience and garnered hundreds of theatrical awards—including a 1986 London Olivier Award for  Best Musical, a 1988 New York Tony Award for Best Director (Hal Prince), a 1999/2001 UK Group Leisure Industry Award for Best Theater Production, and a 1991 Australian Tourism Award for Award of Distinction in Festivals and Special Events—Andrew Lloyd Webber, musical composer of the play, met with his former leading directors and producers to create a sequel of “The Phantom of the Opera,” titled “Love Never Dies.”

“Love Never Dies” takes place ten years after “The Phantom of the Opera” ends. Instead of The Phantom wreaking more havoc in a Parisian opera house, he has come to the United States in search of success at Coney Island, according to

“The Phantom thought he finally found love in a young soprano,” said Luciano-Fairfield, “yet she fell in love with the young Raoul and although The Phantom gave Christine her voice, she followed her heart….” “…And went with the non-murderous, dashing, and rich, Raoul,” said Keyonna, as she hurriedly looked to floor for interrupting her professor. “She’s just as excited as I am,” said the professor, as she glared at her student, “and I’ve been teaching this for a long time. I’m glad Lloyd Webber’s releasing something fresh for the young ‘Phantom’ fans to follow.”

The official press release for “Love Never Dies” took place in London’s West End on Thursday, and was the first topic of Luciano-Fairfield’s class, the following day. “I had to show my students this clip,” she said. “It showed them how grand and exciting a Part Two of ‘The Phantom’ will be.”

“The show’s premiering in London,” said Keyonna. “I can’t wait ‘til it comes to the U.S.”

According to, “Love Never Dies” has its global premier on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at the Adelphi Theatre in London, and premiers in the United States on Thursday, March 11, 2010, in New York. An Australian premier is set for early 2011.

“I supported Lloyd Webber when he said, ‘The Phantom is the single most successful entertainment entity in history’,” said Luciano-Fairfield. “[Gaston] Leroux’s book [from which the theatrical production is based] and the movie production were great, but a ‘Phantom Two’ is what everyone’s been waiting for and I can’t wait to teach it.”

Lady Gaga tours. Forget Kanye....

What was to be the most talked about tour of late 2009 was cancelled when Kanye West pulled out of the "Fame Kills" lineup.

Miss Gaga, however, enlighted bloggers and fans everywhere when she announced that she would tour solo, via Twitter. “Still leaving on solo TOUR this nov.,” Gaga tweeted (username: @ladygaga).**

Shortly before she received the Rising Star Award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards on October 2, Gaga stated that, "It was a mutual decision. Kanye's going to take some time off."***

Dates for Lady Gaga's solo tour will be announced in early October.

Rihanna in Paris...and flashes the Paparazzi

Rihanna is known for shocking her critics, but on October 2 in Paris, Rihanna shocked paparazzi and critics alike as she flashed her underwear in paparazzi's photos.

Whether the flashing was intentional or not is unknown, but she apparently was not phased, as she enjoyed herself throughout the day's events (see the above photos).

I will not post the photos, due to the respect I have for Rihanna---the woman and the artist---but I am sure that such photos are elsewhere on the Web.

By the way, Rihanna has sported all-black ensembles, as of late. Is there a hidden reason for such ensembles, or is it of the obvious? Is it nothing, at all? ...Who knows.

Rihanna at Fashion Week in Paris

Doesn't she look awesome?! The starlet was attending a show during Paris' Fashion Week at the International Paris Grand Hotel on October 1.

Oh, and by the way, if it's true that Rihanna's dating Justin Timberlake, they'll become my most favorite couple of all time. ...Let's hope that they don't mix business and pleasure too well ;-).
