As iconic as the woman herself, a photograph exclusive to People.com shows Audrey Hepburn gleefully embracing her 1954 Oscar for Best Actress in "Roman Holiday."
The actress would go on to star in over 30 films and win over 10 critically-acclaimed awards.
Hepburn died in 1993 of appendicular cancer in Tolochnaz, Switzerland (said via IMDb.com).
