Pretty much everyone could see Katy Perry as a Smurfette, and according to Variety.com, she is doing just that!Along with Jonathan Winters (of the original "Smurfs" cast), George Lopez and Alan Cumming, Perry is negotiating a deal to voice a character in the upcoming "Smurfs" motion picture.
It is not clear as to whom Perry will play, but it is rumored that she will voice the role of Smurfette, said Variety. Winters will carry on his coveted Papa Smurf role, Lopez as a comedic Grouchy Smurf, Alan Cumming as the Gutsy Smurf and Neil Patrick Harris as the lead.
No date is yet scheduled for the movie's premiere.
