It is rumored that Sandra Bullock is not filing for divorce and that if she was, her belongings and assets would remain her's (said via JustJared, March 24).
Bullock and her alleged unfaithful spouse, Jesse James, signed a prenup before they wed in 2005, in the hopes of "keeping everything separate," an insider said via E!.
After spending a few days in Austin, the Oscar-winner returned to Los Angeles in a home separate from that of Jesse James.
Whether the overseas promotional tour for "The Blind Side" will continue is uncertain.
