The plot, imagery, and characters of a Quentin Tarantino film are mindblowing--with enough vulgarity and blood to last you a lifetime. Tarantino fans do not mind his "overdoses" because such a story is told with characters so attentive that it all fits together beautifully.
Despite his casts of actors from all fields, many moviegoers doubted that Tarantino would ask the "Sexiest Man Alive" to play a Jewish-American basterd with an incentive to kill Hitler during WWII! To disapprove such thoughts, the infamous director cast Academy Award nominee Brad Pitt as the star of his highly anticipated film, Inglourious Basterds.
The film is set for release on August 21, 2009. One of Tarantino's first films, Pulp Fiction, won a Academy Award and if Pitt's performance is as defying a critics suggest, 2010 could be Pitt's year as Best Actor.
