The songstress graced the red carpet in a white and shimmering lace Jean Paul Gaultier gown with heels that barely any woman could walk in.**
The Grammy-winner performed "Russian Roulette" before a live band with fire and smoke effects upon the stage. A standing ovation awaited her at the end of the firey performance.
