Heiress Casey Johnson Dead at 30

Casey Johnson, heiress to the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical, medical, and consumer goods giant, has died at the age of 30 due to unknown causes (January 4).

According to The Huffington Post, the great-great-grandfather of the late heiress began the Johnson & Johnson Co. in the late 1860s. Robert Wood Johnson, Casey's father, is the current owner of the New York Jets and her mother, Sale Johnson, is a New York socialite.

Johnson was recently engaged to MTV reality star and MySpace headliner, Tila Tequila, who reacted via her Twitter account with this statement: "Everyone please pray 4 my wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w/ family…."**

The reality star reportedly said that a drug overdose may have caused Johnson's death, but the validity of this statement has not been verified.

No other information has been announced.
