Obama has hair just like mine....

An young African-American boy heard from his mother that President Obama was the "first" and that he has hair "just like your's." Since the little boy's parents are White House officials, the adolescent was allowed to meet Mr. Obama and asked the President if he could touch his hair, to see if it was, indeed, like his. The President kindly obliged and leaned towards the young man, so that he could verify his mother's statement.

The accompanying photo is priceless and sends a statement to all American children, no matter their race, that in this country, one can grow up to be whatever the dream of--even of becoming the President of the United States.
