Lady Gaga's year-and-a-half long trek across the globe for the Monster Ball Tour has ended in Mexico City (May 6). Billboard reports that the tour, in its completion, has shattered records by debut headlining artists.
In 200+ shows, the tour has brought 2.5 million fans to its venues and has grossed $227.4 million. If future tours of this year perform below its standards, the Ball will be named one of the 10th highest-grossing tours of all time.
With such monstrous feats and the tour finished, Gaga will accelerate the promotional train for her latest album, Born This Way, in stores May 23.
