Report: Rihanna approves removal of Chris Brown stay-away order

Nearly two weeks ago, Chris Brown's attorney asked that the stay-away order between Chris and Rihanna be removed, in light of the upcoming Grammy Awards. Judge Patricia Schnegg agreed to process the request, but forewarned that it would not be approved unless Rihanna and her attorney gave it the go-ahead. According to E! Online, Rihanna has approved of the removal and it now awaits verification from Chris' attorney.

With the removal, Chris will be able to contact Rihanna as long as he does not "annoy, molest or harass her." The original order states that Chris must remain 50 yards away from Rihanna at all times, excluding musical events, where the limit is reduced to 10 yards.
