After a riveting performance of "California King Bed," staged fireworks caught fire to an overhead light at Rihanna's LOUD Tour stop in Dallas, TX (July 8). NBC News and Neon Limelight report that fans at the American Airlines Center had been quickly evacuated and that there are no injuries.
Rihanna took to Twitter immediately after the evacuation, tweeting: "DALLAS!!! We set the stage on FYAH tonight!!! LITERALLY!!! I'm so pissed, I was havin so much fun wit yall too!!! I gotta come back man!! ...Love this fuckin place! Glad u guys are safe!!! I promise I'll be back!!! #MoFYAH"
She later tweeted that a production meeting had been held to investigate the fire.
