The recently-crowned No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100, Katy Perry's "E.T." featuring Kanye West, is set for its video debut on VEVO and MTV tomorrow. Katy has released teasers in recent weeks to build angst amongst her fellow aliens and has yet to disappoint.
