According to MTO, not only are they dating, but Kanye has signed her to a deal and is heavily featuring her on his joint album with Jay-Z titled Watch the Throne.

UPDATE!: Teyana has confirmed that the rumor is false. Earlier this afternoon, she tweeted, "ok...WOW @ MTO. and then WOW @ the ppl who really believed MTO." Kanye has yet to comment on the rumor.
