Looks like Miley got her wish!

After a whirlwind media campaign including racy photos, controversial performances and music videos that shocked the blogosphere, Miley Cyrus' new album, "Bangerz," debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. According to Billboard.com and Nielsen SoundScan, the album sold 270,000 copies in its first week.

This is Miley's fifth No. 1 album. She also landed in the top spot with the soundtrack/studio album "Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus" in 2007 and her own studio album, "Breakout," in 2008, according to Billboard.com.

Rounding out the Top 3 are Panic! At This Disco's "Too Weird To Live, To Rare To Die" at No. 2 with 84,000 copies sold and Drake's "Nothing Was The Same" at No. 3 with 83,000 copies sold.
