Michael Jackson: Four years later

 
Four years ago today, we lost an iconic figure in pop music and around the world. Michael Jackson, the self-proclaimed "King of Pop," died suddenly on June 25, 2009, from cardiac arrest, after consuming what the Huffington Post calls a "lethal combination of prescription drugs." His death was later ruled a homicide, the organization also reports.

Fans, to this day, continue to express their grief over the loss of the star, whose hits include "Thriller," "Beat It," "Bad" and a host of others and whose career spanned practically his entire life, starting with the Jackson 5 in 1964.
