Wes Craven, director, writer and producer of "The Nightmare on Elm Street" and "The Hills Have Eyes" franchises, has announced that he is directing the 4th installment of the "Scream" series (said via JustJared, March 23).
Courtney Cox, David Arquette and Neve Campbell will reclaim their roles from the original films and will join a cast of newcomers not yet known to the public (said via Variety, March 22).
The film is set for release in Spring 2011.
