Whether Kim Kardashian's currently "acclaimed" looks are au naturale or done by a knife, she was quick to denounce a follower's claim that she was getting plastic surgery to look just like her (Twitter, July 24).
@BrisaJohnson, who's Twitter account no longer exists, tweeted Saturday that she was soon to get head-to-toe plastic surgery in resemblance of the star because her husband "adores her" and fears that they may separate if she does not.
Kim instantly retorted back: Pls dont. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don't try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside & out! ...Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are.
Whether Brisa has completed such surgeries is unknown. Kim has since not commented on the matter.

That's just ridiculous! Plastic surgery is not for imitation at all.
