"That Rihanna reign just won't let up!" She spoke the words loud and clear in the third single, "Hard," from her fourth album, Rated R, and has proved its validity time and time again. For "We Found Love," the premiere single from Rihanna's sixth upcoming album, Talk That Talk, climbed to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart this week, making it her 11th No. 1 single.
Billboard reports that Rihanna now joins the ranks of other artists that have accomplished the same feat: the Beatles (20), Mariah Carey (18), Michael Jackson (13), Madonna (12), the Supremes (12) and Whitney Houston (11). She has surpassed Janet Jackson and Stevie Wonder, each with 10 No. 1 singles.
Talk That Talk is due for release November 21.
